We have developed models to describe small clusters of healthy and tumor cells to be used in calculating radiation doses on cellular level. The models are based on either explicit dense packing of cells or use of stochastic optimization methods to obtain a dense packed structure of cell with different sizes. Radiation doses are calculated using dose point kernels simulated with EGS4 Monte Carlo package and detailed decay radiation spectra.
