Mailing list archives

Web archives of the mailing lists are available from HUT network. When accessed from outside, username and password may be required. Use the list's name as a username and password to enter the pages.

Instructions

Laboratory of Computational Engineering has several mailing lists available to staff and students. All the mailing lists are managed by a list serving program TULP. This list manager can be reached through its e-mail address listserv@lce.hut.fi.

How to join a mailing list

To subscribe (join) to a mailing list, send a mail to address listserv@lce.hut.fi that has an empty Subject: line, and whose body contains one line:

SUBSCRIBE listname Homer Simpson

Change listname to be the name of the list you are joining to, and Homer Simpson to be your real name (not an email address). If the listserver does not work correctly, contact the list maintainer, or send mail to lce-adm@lce.hut.fi.

How to leave a mailing list

To unsubscribe (leave) from a mailing list, send a mail to address listserv@lce.hut.fi that has an empty Subject: line, and whose body contains one line:

UNSUBSCRIBE listname
